The TeleCity Manchester site offers a secure, resilient environment for
hosting customer platforms through the following utilities,

Connectivity:
TeleCity has 2 diverse routes consisting of multiple ducts entering the
building at either end of the facility; cables are routed securely to
internally located ODFs in the meet-me room located in Kilburn House.
All cabling within the facility is controlled by TeleCity. Carrier
feeds are diverse and secure.
All cabling is anonymous. TeleCity uses a cable infrastructure database
which is updated every time circuits are added or removed.
Security:
- 24x7 on-site manned.
- Customer access list, Smart Card, escorted visitation. CCTV
throughout the facility.
- Cooling/fire suppression:
- Temperature of 220C (±20) in equipment zone. IFD incipient detection
system.
Support:
- Rack Installation.
