** This is the ONLY fee charged, there are no
additional charges payable to banks or other third party organisations.
*** This charge is incurred by WorldPay when
remitting funds into your bank account. With WorldDirect you will normally
receive weekly remittances 4 weeks in arrears. The minimum remittance amount is
£10 for sterling or the equivalent of £100 in the case of other currencies. You
may arrange for periodical remittance for amounts greater than the above. The
charge is per remittance (NOT transaction) and does not include intermediary or
receiving bank charges (if any) that may be levied. Remittance charges depend
upon the charges made by the relevant banks and may be changed without notice.

WorldPay's Single currency processing solution was developed
specifically for debit and credit cards to allow your business to
transact electronically within your own country, and currently supports
22 major currencies. Our processing solution is linked directly to a
range of bank systems and provides secure links with rapid authorisation
of a shopper's transaction. WorldPay supplies confirmation to you and
your shopper, and gives you access to WorldPay's online Customer
Management System
- Multi Currency Processing - Allows transactions in
more than 100 currencies and settlement in any of 22
This system enables your business to offer your products and services in
currently more than 100 different currencies, and receive payment from
your shoppers in one of 22 remittance currencies. WorldPay manage the
uncertainty of variable exchange rates, thus allowing your shopper to
purchase goods and services from you in a currency that they recognise

Customer Management System
The Customer Management System or CMS is a service provided to all WorldPay
customers to enable your business to access your account information online.
Access to the system is through a username and password and, upon entering the
system, you can isolate then view the transactions passing through your account.
Information provided within this system not only contains your shopper's name,
address, value of transactions etc, but also your remittance details. (Please
note that for reasons of security, WorldPay does not divulge credit card or
debit card numbers). The CMS facility will give you the peace of mind that your
transactions are being processed and the information relating to them is being
safely recorded. This is available 24/7, whenever you need it.
Risk and Fraud
WorldPay undertakes a risk assessment on all its WorldDirect customers and
